Shipping policy

Repairs are completed within 3 business days of receiving your device. Once your repair is done, we ship it back to you with tracking, and you'll get the tracking number by email.

Please pack your device carefully and include your name, order number, and return address. Follow the shipping instructions you receive after you place your order.
